Customer Service & Sales Front Desk Representative Location Toronto, ON :
Job Overview: We are seeking a Sales and Customer Service oriented front desk representative to join our team. As a front desk team member, you will be the first point of contact for our students and families, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their every weekly visit.
Duties:
- Convert students and families inquiring about lessons into registered students using a sales script with information about academy features and programs
- Greet students and families by first name with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Maintain the Academy's lesson schedule and check-in students on every visit accurately
- Process administrative tasks such as data entry, emails, and other communications
- Handle student inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Handle teacher scheduling and addressing teacher concerns.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze information effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Upselling to promote add-on services and programs
- Previous experience in sales or hospitality is preferred but not required
Compensation:
- Starting wage is $21.00 per hour
- Rotate between Downtown and Midtown Academy Locations
- Monthly bonuses

Job Requirements:
- Candidates will work on location rotating between both Downtown and Midtown Locations
- Availability is 4 days a week including Saturdays
- While the above schedule will likely remain fairly fixed, flexible working hours may be occasionally be required as business needs change to accommodate vacation and personal leave needs from other team members.
