Customer Success Assistant - Remote Work

Description:

We are looking for a Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Western & Southern Financial Group. This position is fully remote and based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As an Associate Level position, we are seeking candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with onboarding, training, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met - Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to customers - Manage customer accounts and ensure timely renewal processes - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and revenue

Requirements: - Energetic and driven personality traits - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Creativity and innovation in finding solutions to customer issues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent time management and organizational skills
