Job Description:
JetBlue Airways is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Success Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a full-time remote position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction and success of our customers by providing exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and assistance - Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and issues - Identify and address customer needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on our services and offerings - Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement - Assist in onboarding new customers and providing ongoing support throughout their journey - Utilize persuasive and presentation skills to promote additional products or services to customers as needed
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer success - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong persuasion and presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other relevant software - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically - Previous experience with remote work is a plus
