Dean Foods is seeking a highly motivated and independent Customer Success Representative to join our team on a full-time remote basis in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a similar industry.
Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their success and satisfaction - Build strong relationships with customers through regular communication and proactive account management - Identify customer needs and work with internal teams to ensure those needs are met effectively and efficiently - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and activities in the CRM system - Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed on company updates and best practices
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong communication and cooperation skills - Experience working in a remote role - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues
