Job Description:
Nordstrom is seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. This is a full-time remote position based in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention - Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to customers via online communication channels - Collaborate with sales and product development teams to address customer needs and improve product offerings - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Implement strategies to increase customer engagement and promote product adoption - Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer management tools - Hardworking and resourceful mindset - Innovative and research-oriented approach to problem-solving
