• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for industrial automation products.
• Drive sales efforts through proactive outreach and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with sales team to propose tailored automation solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and stay updated on industry trends.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical and sales skills.
• Foster strong customer relationships and contribute to marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in technical roles, preferably in industrial automation.
• Strong proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to undergo ongoing training and development to maintain technical competency.
• Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed and work occasional evenings or weekends if needed.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal record check and provide professional references.

Employment Details

• Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 per annum
• Benefits: 40 hours weekly, Permanent, Full-time position, Onsite
• Schedule: Monday through Friday schedule, allowing for work-life balance
