Job Description
As a member of the Alternate Channels team in Personal and Business Banking, you’ll work in an exciting and fast-paced environment where you’ll help us shape the future of CIBC while having a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. The Financial Services Representative, (FSR) Alternate Channels is accountable for ensuring an exceptional client experience and building client loyalty by placing outbound calls to welcome and introduce Costco Mastercard clients to CIBC. The FSR Alternate Channels will be part of a team that is located across the country in hubs in close proximity to concentrated areas where Costco Mastercard clients reside. The FSR Alternate Channels will use a combination of outbound dialer technology and manual calls to clients.
