Responsibilities & QualificationsPhysical Requirement:
Light, work activities include handling loads up to 5 KG, predominantly in an indoor setting.
This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.
Accountabilities:
Daily operation of the Guest Services desks in the Village Day Lodge, including ticket sales
Contact position for guests regarding lift tickets, Season Passes sales for Summer and Winter, booking biking lessons and summer activities as well as resort information
Deals with guests in an efficient, courteous, respectful, and friendly manner
Demonstrates a commitment to exceeding the customer’s expectations
Manages all cash transactions in a secure and accurate manner
Highly organized and efficient in the workplace
Always follows company policies and procedures
Security and accountability of tickets and cash
Balancing daily sales to computer reports
Ideal Candidate:
Highly developed guest relations skills with the ability to assess the needs and up-sell our products
Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work responsibly and independently
Strong computer and cash handling skills
Dependable, reliable, and punctual team player
Previous customer/guest service experience
A good knowledge of the regional area and willingness to learn
Well organized with the ability to multi-task and work to tight timelines
