Job Description:Job Description Currently seeking an enthusiastic Guest Services Representative to join the team on a part-time basis. Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service in the store, including greeting customers and answering calls courteouslyAssist guests with booking reservations online or by telephoneEnsure store merchandise is fully stocked and well-organized at all timesProcess payments for seasonal and overnight guestsBalance POS system and cash register dailyAssist in coordinating interactive children's activitiesClean and maintain inside and outside store areasPerform other tasks as required Qualifications:Excellent customer service skillsBasic computer skills are requiredAbility to work well in a team and independentlyStrong problem-solving and time management skillsAbility to take initiative Applicants must be a resident of Ontario, Canada Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada This position is not suitable for International Students Company Description VPI is working with the employer to find suitable candidates and help fill this position.
