If so, Insight is searching for an energetic Solutions Architect (SA) to lead Insight Endpoint offerings and empower the sales team to pursue cutting-edge Professional, Managed, and XaaS opportunities! As a SA, you'll expertly influence sales, deployment, and adoption processes related to our Cloud Roadmap Engagements, Technical Assessments, and Microsoft device enablement projects. Key Responsibilities 

• Provide pre-sales technical support for Insight's endpoint solutions. 

• Demonstrate what Insight's offerings can do for SMB to mid-market to enterprise customers. 

• Drive sales, deployment, and adoption of Insight products and solutions. 

• Identify and eliminate technical and competitive blockers to sales. 

• Own technical portions of pre-sales opportunities from lead generation to deployment.  

• Orchestrate cross-workload solutions and engage with Solutions Architects from other areas. 

• Maintain and expand sales skills, deployment, and consumption capabilities.  

• Assist in delivering training to Insight sales teams on go-to-market solutions. 

• Create customer proposals and SOWs to support project delivery engagements. 

What you’ll need to succeed 

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales and/or consulting experience.  

• Expert-level understanding of endpoint computing technologies and emerging trends.  

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem and cloud solutions.  

• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365 end-user scenarios and technical architecture.  

• Advanced understanding of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud and hybrid scenarios.  

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.  

• Excellent verbal and written communication, with experience engaging senior executives.  

• Experience with presentations (in-person and online) for large and small audiences.
