You will be responsible to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Proven experience in pipe, valves, fittings and industrial sales environment.

You will be responsible to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Proven experience in pipe, valves, fittings and industrial sales environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive sales orders (phone, fax, email or sales team) and enter the information for order picking into the system; transcribe all non-stock material in orders to material control for purchasing purposes.
• Support customers, liaising with outside sales/accounting teams.
• Prepare sales and delivery quotations.
• Ensure order delivery and billing; prepare documentation for customer-returned material to stock and/or to the supplier.
• Participate in warehouse inventory.

Requirements:

• College Diploma in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration or related Industry experience.
  
• At least 2 years experience in customer service/sales or warehouse environment.
• Background knowledge in mechanical/industrial pipe and fittings, fire protection and/or general plumbing
• Proven experience in business development. 
• Outstanding communication skills. 
• Skilled with Microsoft Word, Excel Outlook and web based applications.
