Live Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Ford Motor Company is seeking a passionate and motivated Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, information, and assistance with inquiries or issues related to Ford products and services - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner - Document customer interactions and follow up as needed - Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive support to customers - Stay up-to-date on Ford products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Motivated and self-driven - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
