Job Description: Tractor Supply is seeking a Live Chat Associate to join our remote team in Toronto, Ontario. As a Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers via live chat. You will engage with customers in real-time to assist with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless online shopping experience. Additionally, you will be a brand ambassador for Tractor Supply, representing our values and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide product information, answer questions, assist with orders, and resolve issues - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other customer service team members to address complex customer issues and provide solutions - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions - Utilize knowledge of Tractor Supply products and services to recommend relevant solutions to customers - Document customer interactions and feedback to assist with ongoing improvements to our online customer service processes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and policies to accurately assist customers
