Position For a decade, the University of Alberta’s ThresholdImpact Venture Mentoring Service (TIVMS) has empowered local entrepreneurs and their ventures, inspiring social innovation and economic growth. TIVMS helps to grow ventures by incorporating experienced mentors from the alumni community to provide advice and guidance. The TIVMS Manager provides leadership and strategic direction to plan and grow operations strategically, researches prospective mentor and venture candidates, cultivates relationships, and leads overall operations with the support of a team of two. The Manager, TIVMS will work closely with a TIVMS Volunteer Board of Advisors to think strategically about the future of the program and plan long-term growth. Duties
