Job Description - Parts & Services Administrator

Compensation: $22.19 per hour Schedule : Full-time Permanent 40 hour per week Monday to Friday (with flexibility to work on Saturdays, when needed)8:00 am to 4:30 pm What you will be doing:
  • Create work orders for incoming damaged products needing repair
  • Update work orders with parts and labor status for warranty claims
  • Check parts ordered from the prior day
  • Post payments from manufacturers and customers
  • Assist customers via the DA hotline, providing allowances to keep the appliance
  • Calculate technician metrics and KPIs
  • Book in-house technicians for repairs
  • Create and adjust schedules for technicians
  • Adjust schedules in Service Manager
  • Submit mileage requests for payment to manager
  • Submit claims for parking and reimbursements for technicians
  • Work on weekly and monthly reports to identify trends and patterns, assisting supervisors with reporting on parts trends and returns
  • Order office supplies as required
  • Maintain a clutter-free environment
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
What you bring:
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year administration experience is considered an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Confident, helpful, and customer-oriented phone presence is required
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills, using data and an understanding of business objectives
