Account Support Manager

Job Description:

Penske Automotive Group is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships - Develop and implement account strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets - Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and expand account portfolio - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to senior management - Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer projects - Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights - Conduct regular account reviews to assess customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 6+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the automotive industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Independent and adaptable with a proactive approach to customer management - Demonstrated decision-making skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
