Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Quanta Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, be independent, driven, cooperative, and analytical.


Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain client accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients - Analyze client account data to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and drive sales growth - Provide ongoing support and training to clients on company products and services - Monitor account performance metrics and report on key performance indicators to senior management - Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
