Remote Account Support Manager

Nature's Path Foods, a leading organic food company based in Vancouver, British Columbia, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Account Support Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in account management.

As a Remote Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our key accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Manage and support key accounts, including resolving any account-related issues and answering customer queries - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for account growth and retention - Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to the management team - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of account strategies - Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to make informed decisions

Requirements: - A minimum of 8 years of experience in account management or a related field - Passionate and energetic personality traits - Strong time management and cooperation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Flexibility to travel for work as needed
