Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job description:


We are seeking a confident and energetic Account Support Manager to join our team at Macy’s in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide support to Account Managers in maintaining and developing client accounts - Act as the main point of contact for clients, answering any inquiries and providing excellent customer service - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Assist with account management tasks such as reporting, analyzing data, and preparing presentations - Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients


Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred - Strong planning and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Previous experience in account management or client services preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving business growth - Experience in the retail industry is a plus
