Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Support Officer to join our team at Western Digital. This is a full-time position where you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As an Associate Level Account Support Officer with at least 4 years of experience, you will play a critical role in providing support to our clients and helping to ensure the smooth operation of our accounts.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Manage and maintain client accounts, including processing orders, invoices, and payments. 3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns. 4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts. 5. Assist in preparing reports and analyzing data to track account performance and identify trends. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients. 7. Work closely with the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in customer service or account management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment. 5. Excellent time management and strategic planning skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
