Job Description:
ABM Industries is seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Account Support Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely. This full-time position is at an Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide high-quality support to clients, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely manner - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client issues - Communicate effectively with clients to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction - Assist with account management tasks, such as updating client information and monitoring account activity - Utilize critical thinking and strategic planning skills to identify opportunities for improvement in customer support processes - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer support or account management role - Reliable and energetic personality with a strong work ethic - Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
