Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Express Scripts Holding is seeking a talented and dedicated Account Support Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships - Address client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Conduct research to address client questions and concerns - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing support - Help identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Ensure all client requests are handled in a timely manner and meet company standards

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong attention to detail and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred - Visa sponsorship available
