Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Steel Dynamics is seeking a motivated and driven Account Support Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Entry Level Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to our account management team and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our customer accounts.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist account managers in maintaining and expanding customer relationships. 2. Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses. 3. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that customer needs are met. 4. Prepare reports and analysis on customer account activity. 5. Assist in the implementation of new customer accounts. 6. Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement. 7. Provide support in the resolution of customer issues and complaints. 8. Assist in the development of strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 1 year of experience in a customer service or account management role. 3. Motivated and driven personality traits. 4. Strong creativity and critical thinking skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
