Job Description - Account Support Specialist


Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Support Specialist at 3M in Montreal, Quebec. This is an entry-level position and no prior experience is required. As an Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to our account managers and customers, ensuring smooth communication and operations.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist account managers with managing customer accounts and providing timely responses to inquiries. 2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 3. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in account management processes. 4. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for account managers and senior leadership. 5. Support sales team in achieving targets and objectives through effective communication and collaboration. 6. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with key accounts. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in account management.


Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing excellent customer service and support. 2. Highly motivated with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong teamwork and cooperation skills. 5. Ability to analyze data and identify trends. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
