Job Description:
Liberty Interactive is currently seeking a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a full-time entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, or feedback - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Utilize company software and systems to accurately input and update customer information - Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and escalations in a timely manner - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge of products and services - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Requirements: - Driven and hardworking individual who is committed to providing top-notch customer service - Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a remote call center environment - Innovation mindset to adapt to changes and find creative solutions to customer challenges - Ability to cooperate effectively with team members and share best practices for continuous improvement - Proficiency in using computer systems and software to navigate customer information and troubleshoot technical issues - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred - Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a plus
