Position Overview: As a Remote Call Center Associate at O’Reilly Automotive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients over the phone. This is a full-time position based in Toronto, Ontario, CA, with the flexibility to work remotely. We are seeking an individual with at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency - Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues - Document customer interactions in the CRM system - Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals - Demonstrate resilience and reliability in a fast-paced work environment
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical abilities and adaptability to various customer needs - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred - Must be resilient, reliable, and able to handle stressful situations with grace
