Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Amphenol, a leading technology company in Montreal, Quebec, is seeking a Call Center Manager to join our team. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a call center environment and possess strong leadership skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of call center representatives - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures - Monitor call center performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management - Train and coach call center staff to ensure high-quality customer service - Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues - Lead by example and motivate team members to meet and exceed performance goals


Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a call center environment - Proven track record of successfully managing a team of call center representatives - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and confident personality - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Leadership abilities to inspire and motivate team members - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
