Job Description:
Discovery Communications is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment within the media industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, concerns, and product information. 2. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Utilize effective negotiation techniques to address customer needs and promote company products and services. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the company database. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency and achieve performance targets. 6. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers in a friendly and positive manner. 2. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling customer inquiries. 3. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. 5. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus, but not required. 6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
