Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team at Clorox in Toronto, Ontario. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues or inquiries efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting with product inquiries, complaints, and general questions. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to conduct surveys. 3. Providing customers with information about products, promotions, and services. 4. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times. 8. Participating in ongoing training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. 6. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues. 7. Energetic and adaptable personality traits. 8. Previous experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus.
