We are seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Envision Healthcare Holdings in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via chat support in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Use negotiation skills to manage customer expectations and reach mutually beneficial outcomes - Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve under pressure - Excellent negotiation skills to handle customer concerns effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong written communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
