Chat Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

CSX is currently seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing support to our customers in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. The Chat Support Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers through online chat, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through attentive and personalized service - Work closely with other team members to escalate issues and provide solutions - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and planning skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
