Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Priceline Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Chat Support Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through chat interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with booking, cancellations, refunds, and other inquiries related to Priceline Group services. 3. Resolve customer issues and escalations effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 5. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while processing customer transactions and requests. 6. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Meet or exceed performance targets and metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates. 8. Take ownership of customer interactions and follow up on all open issues to ensure resolution.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or support role. 3. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate via chat. 4. Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism. 5. Motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. 6. Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Experience in project management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 8. Proficient in using chat support software and CRM systems.
