Job Description - Remote Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team at Dollar General. As a remote chat support manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of chat support agents who assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information. You will be managing and leading the team to provide exceptional customer service through chat channels.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote chat support agents to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and resolve issues - Analyze chat support metrics and data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions - Create and maintain chat support workflows and procedures - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution - Conduct regular training sessions for chat support agents to enhance their skills and knowledge - Monitor chat support system for any technical issues and ensure smooth operation


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service or chat support - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong planning and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in chat support software and tools - Experience in managing remote teams is a plus
