Job Description - Chat Support Manager - Work from home


Job Description:


We are seeking a Chat Support Manager to join our team at Export Development Canada. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Montreal, Quebec. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in chat support roles and be at a mid-to-senior level of seniority.


Responsibilities: - Lead a team of chat support agents to provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries in a timely manner - Monitor chat volume and ensure adequate staffing to meet customer needs - Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support performance and customer satisfaction - Train and coach chat support agents to enhance their skills and knowledge - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution as needed - Analyze chat support data to identify trends and recommend process improvements - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in chat support roles - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities - Reliable and hardworking personality traits - Teamwork and cooperation soft skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
