Job Description:
Progressive is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Chat Support Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and professional support to our customers through chat platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently via chat - Provide accurate information and solutions to customers in a professional manner - Utilize resources and tools to research and resolve customer issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in customer support - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer support role - Hardworking and motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent research skills to quickly find solutions for customer inquiries - People management skills to handle difficult customers with empathy and professionalism - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working with chat support platforms is a plus
