Job Description:
Pembina Pipeline Corporation is seeking a Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for energetic and hardworking individuals who possess excellent strategic planning and time management skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide chat support to customers in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Utilize various software tools to assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems. 6. Flexibility to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
