Chat Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team at BC Public Service. This is a full-time remote position based in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through chat support - Assist customers with product information, technical issues, and general inquiries - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers - Monitor chat queues and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner - Document customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues - Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve processes - Meet or exceed performance goals set by management

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or chat support role - Driven and motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong adaptability and project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
