Chat Support Specialist - Work from home

Frontier Communications is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Chat Support Specialist in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a full-time, work from home position at the Associate Level with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in customer service or related field.

As a Chat Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to customers through chat platforms. This includes resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a timely manner. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency in your interactions with customers.

In addition to providing support, you will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions, tracking customer issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams. You will need to demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively.
