Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Clorox is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Relations Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues to drive business success. This is a full-time position with opportunities for remote work from home.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, partners, and colleagues. 2. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to clients. 3. Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. 5. Provide regular updates to clients on product or service offerings, promotions, and company news. 6. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. 7. Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies. 8. Attend meetings, conferences, and industry events to network and build relationships.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations, sales, or customer service. 3. Strong people management skills with a high level of emotional intelligence. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 8. Resourceful and dedicated work ethic.
