Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Erie Insurance Group is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Client Relations Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in client relations, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and exceeding their expectations. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Client Relations Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing our client base while promoting customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients - Monitor client accounts to ensure they are in good standing and address any potential issues proactively - Develop and implement client retention strategies to minimize client churn - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in client relations to continually improve our processes and strategies - Generate regular reports on client satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth for management review

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client relations, preferably in the insurance industry - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Adaptability and effective decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
