Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Raytheon is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Relations Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level position, the Client Relations Officer will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive outreach. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively. 4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients. 5. Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, implementing strategies to improve overall client experience. 6. Prepare reports and analysis on client interactions and outcomes for management review. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients. 8. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the company's products and services.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 5. Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. 6. Familiarity with CRM software and tools. 7. Bilingual in English and French is preferred.
