Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Avery Dennison is seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. We are looking for a passionate and hardworking individual who is committed to providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and deliverables - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and provide personalized solutions - Monitor client feedback and escalate any issues to management as needed - Attend client meetings and presentations to showcase products and services - Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients as necessary

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent time management and organizational abilities - Ability to negotiate and problem-solve effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a plus
