Client Relations Specialist

Job Description: As a Client Relations Specialist at Baxalta in Vancouver, British Columbia, your main responsibility will be to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues they may have, and providing them with information about our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients and build strong relationships with them - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings - Address client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Provide clients with information about new products, promotions, and services - Monitor client satisfaction and seek feedback to continuously improve our services - Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Make recommendations for process improvements to enhance the client experience - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 1 year of experience in client relations or customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Dedicated and passionate about providing exceptional service to clients - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
