Remote Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Mosaic is seeking a Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resilient and hardworking, with strong leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and problems are resolved efficiently - Analyze client feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of client engagement strategies to drive business growth - Monitor client activity and provide regular reports to management on client satisfaction and performance

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent organizational and time management skills
