Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description: Wyndham Worldwide is seeking a motivated and passionate Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, resolving client issues, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level with a requirement of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and concerns - Resolve client issues in a timely and satisfactory manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions - Analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong decision-making abilities and adaptability - Self-motivated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred
