We are seeking a Remote Client Service Assistant to join our team at Owens & Minor in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an entry-level role, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience and a confident, driven personality.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone calls, emails, and online chats - Assist clients with product inquiries, orders, and account management - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Resolve client issues and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and targets - Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Confidence and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
