Client Service Assistant

Job description:

Terex, a leading global manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client service roles.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution through phone, email, and in-person interactions - Maintain client records and update databases with accurate information - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery - Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to clients - Provide administrative support to the client service department as needed - Assist with client onboarding and training as required

Requirements: - Adaptability and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role - Strong people management skills and the ability to lead by example - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively - Previous experience in a client service or customer-facing role is preferred
