Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

Rockwell Automation is seeking a motivated and adaptable Client Service Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a client service or similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner - Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients - Manage and update client accounts and databases with accuracy and attention to detail - Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports for clients - Coordinate meetings and appointments with clients as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Emotional intelligence and leadership qualities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Experience in a client service role preferred
