Job Description:
EOG Resources is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a reliable and resourceful individual who possesses strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional client service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist with client onboarding and account management processes - Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients and team members - Manage and organize client information and documentation - Assist with marketing and communication efforts to engage clients and promote services - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met - Maintain accurate records and data in our CRM system - Support senior team members and executives as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 2+ years of experience in client service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
