Job Description:
McMillan is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Service Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This position allows for remote work from home, providing flexibility and autonomy in your work environment. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in client service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, and online chat - Assist clients with account management, product inquiries, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Stay current on industry trends and client preferences to provide tailored recommendations - Support the Client Service Manager in developing strategies to improve overall client satisfaction
Requirements: - Resilient and driven personality traits to effectively handle challenging situations and meet targets - Strong people management skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members - Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions for client needs - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
